Business Needs

Our client needed us to manage their Sage 100 ERP implementation. During the initial evaluation, it became apparent that the company did not have the internal staff to perform the implementation, nor represent the business’ interests when dealing with the value added reseller. There was also no project plan to manage the details, nor the many 3rd party vendors involved.

It was necessary to create a project plan that incorporated the necessary contributions from the company, the VAR, and the many 3rd party vendors. It was also necessary to be technically capable to perform the implementation (business analysis) and data transition to the new ERP.

Solution

Results

Managing the various members of the project, and the necessary customizations required from the 3rd parties, the new ERP went live with business beginning again on Monday morning and Full Circle assisting in the ramp back up to full production.
